Refund policy
1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.
All return and refund requests must comply with the conditions outlined below to ensure a smooth and fair process.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unused, and resellable condition
- Free from stains, damage, washing, or odor
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling
- Products missing original packaging or components
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked on product page)
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
4. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any item back.

- Full name used in the order

- Reason for return
- Clear product photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.
⚠️ Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, not satisfied), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged during shipping), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

After verification, we may offer:

We may request photo or video evidence to process the claim.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping stage, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank or payment provider account again
- Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur
- If still unresolved, contact us for assistance
We will do our best to support investigation with your payment provider.
10. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
